Booking Terms
💳 Payment
If paying by bank transfer, please complete the payment on the day of booking.
Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
📅 Cancellation & Refund Policy
The property operates on a full-payment basis.
Refunds for cancellations will be processed in accordance with the regulations of the Taiwan Tourism Administration.
Refunds are calculated based on the cancellation date:
3 days or more prior to check-in | 100% refund
1–2 days prior to check-in | 50% refund
On the check-in date / No-show | Non-refundable
In the event of natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances,
refunds will be handled in accordance with relevant government regulations.
Weather Exceptions: In the event of government-announced closures (typhoons, earthquakes),
guests may request a reschedule or full refund.

Sustainbility
Single-use amenities (toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, combs, etc.) are not provided. We kindly ask guests to bring their own and support our sustainability efforts.
Common Areas
Public areas are open daily from 06:00 to 22:00. After these hours, please return to your room and keep noise to a minimum.
Facilities & Property
Please treat all furniture and facilities with care. Any damage caused by improper use will be charged accordingly. Please keep your valuables safe.
Registration & Occupancy
Please present a valid ID upon check-in and stay according to the number of guests booked. Extra beds and additional guests are not permitted.
Smoking-Free
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and betel nut chewing are strictly prohibited throughout the property, including the rooftop. A cleaning fee of NT$6,000 will be charged for violations.
No Pets
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, pets are not permitted. Unauthorized pets may result in refusal of accommodation without refund.
Energy Saving
Please use all electrical appliances properly. When leaving the room, kindly turn off the air conditioner and lights, and help conserve water and energy.
Concierge Service
Concierge service is available daily from 09:00 to 21:00. Please feel free to contact us if you require any assistance during your stay.
Bank Transfer
If paying by bank transfer, please complete payment on the day of booking. Unpaid reservations will be automatically canceled after the deadline.
No Kitchen Facilities Provided
The kitchen is not available for guest use. Cooking and the use of kitchen facilities are not permitted. Please contact our concierge if you need basic tableware.
No Open Flames Indoors
For fire safety reasons, open flames (such as portable stoves and candles) and additional heating appliances are strictly prohibited in guest rooms.

Check-out
Check-in is available after 16:00 and check-out is before 11:00. If you expect to arrive after 20:00, please contact our concierge via LINE in advance.
No Visitors
To protect the privacy and safety of our guests, only registered guests are allowed inside the property. Visitors and tours are not permitted.
Policy on Illegal Conduct
Gambling, illegal drugs, and any unlawful activities are strictly prohibited. Violations will be reported to the police and result in immediate termination of your stay.
Stair Safety
The staircase features a light structure design. Please watch your step and use the stairs with care for your own safety.
